Thank you so much for considering The Event Loft to host your event. Our studio provides an intimate setting for bridal showers, baby showers, parties, workshops, meetings and much more. We are conveniently located in McDonough, Georgia at 2120 Jodeco Road, off Interste 75, Exit 222. Tours of the venue are available by appointment only. Facility Rental Information:
Deposit: Events are booked on a first deposit paid, first serve basis. A 50% deposit is required to hold your date.
Payments: Final payments due 14 days prior to the event date. Events booked less than 14 days prior to the event date requires 100% of balance due at signing of contract. No checks accepted less than 7 days from event date.
Holiday Rate: Any event held on a holiday will be charged a holiday rate of $300 per hour, including set up and breakdown. Holidays consist of New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. Once you have booked, there are no refunds if you cancel or reschedule your event. Your Event may be rescheduled once with the deposit transferable. Rescheduled events must take place within six months of the original date.
Maximum Occupancy: 80 people for wedding ceremonies and receptions, 100 people for wedding receptions only and banquet events. Up to 150 people for cocktail events (standing).
Rehearsal time: Your one hour rehearsal must be scheduled at least two weeks before the wedding date and will have to be on a day when there are no scheduled events. If your rehearsal extends beyond one hour, you will incur an additional rental charge of $275 per hour.
Vendors: We do have an in-house caterer and preferred vendors for your convenience. However, you are welcome to use any vendors of your choosing - caterers and bartenders included. You are also welcome to bring your own food if you would like to go that route. A licensed bartender is required for all events serving alcoholic beverages. If you do not have a bartender, we can recommend one.
Security: - Required when serving alcohol at events with 75 guests or more. Henry County police officer used.
Add On Services:
Day-Of Wedding Coordinator: A professional planner to coordinate rehearsal, your Event Loft wedding ceremony and reception to ensure everything goes smoothly and according to plan. Inquire for more information - $500
Set up/breakdown: $300 - If you want the pleasure of just showing up to your event and leaving when it's over. We will set up/decorate with your items (excluding food and bar), as well as clean up during your event, pack up your party items/decor, and any unused food/cake and take out the trash while you enjoy your party to the end and see your guests out.
Linens: $15/linen - Your choice of black, gray or white linens.
Uplights: - $10/light - Transform the look of your event with lights in the color of your choice. A total of 10 lights are used.
